Photographing Miranda, a purple tree photography senior model rep, was a complete pleasure! She is a total natural beauty that can really work it for the camera! She made my job very easy. Since she’s considering going to college to be a botanist, it was fitting that her session take place at the botanical gardens. But clearly Miranda upstaged the beautiful scenery. I’m not sure how I get so lucky by having such great looking AND super nice clients.

Beautiful girl & beautiful photos!

Introducing Angela, a purple tree photography senior model rep and all around rock star! I had so much fun with Angela and her Mom that I had no idea so much time had passed when I got into my car after her session and looked at the clock.
Undoubtedly, Angela is straight up GORGEOUS(!) but she is also super sweet and kind! She’s a huge animal lover, like myself, and volunteers at the Michigan Humane Society. She also works at a doggy daycare and has even worked with horses (color me jealous)! So it was very fitting that her session took place on a beautiful farm. She’s thinking of nursing or becoming a veterinarian. I vote vet! Check her out!

Gorgeous pictures and beautiful backgrounds.

I do at least one photography workshop of some kind each year to, as the kids & people cooler then me would say, get my learn on. Being a natural light photographer, this year I really wanted to learn about something that has been scary to me, studio lighting, (cue the lighting and thunder) DUN DUN DUN! I had the pleasure of doing a workshop/mentoring day with Travis of Boka Studios who is an awesome teacher and super nice person! Note to any photographers who might be reading this, if you’re thinking of doing Travis & Jean’s workshop, go for it!
