I had so much fun with this family at the beautiful Detroit river walk this past weekend. A beautiful stylish family, great location, dreamy light and then Mother Nature threw us a curve ball and it started to rain. Poo. But they were awesome and rolled with it and we headed for an area that I knew was covered to finish the session. Take that Mother Nature!

Sutton is OBSESSED with trains, so last week when I spotted this good train track spot (yes, that is such a thing) I knew I’d be back. So yesterday morning we took the short drive to the “good spot” and since I still haven’t gotten a photo of Sutton and Bauer together I thought I’d try for one. Well as you can see nobody looks especially thrilled in this photo and trust me, neither was I at this point, but what did I expect from a 2 year old and a puppy that hasn’t been taught “stay” yet? Oh well, here’s the best two photos of the bunch.
