A couple of weeks ago I traveled to Oxford Ohio to attend the Jinky photography workshop! Barb Uil, aka Jinky, is a fabulously talented photographer in Australia. It was inspiring to meet and learn from Barb as well as the other photographers that attended the workshop. I also want to give a big shout out to wire and twine for hosting it at their AMAZING home, studio and property.

Last week we vacationed in Martha's Vineyard, a place that holds a special spot in my heart! I've been to the island a half a dozen times and lived there for a summer in college. It was the perfect spot for Sutton's first vacation! It's a photographers dream…

Just a quick post to say I'm back from vaca! I'm up to my eyeballs in emails, orders and scheduling but I have lots to post from my photography workshop and vacation on Martha's Vineyard as soon as I can! But I can't blog without at least one photo, so here's my little man, 6 months old (!) on my favorite beach in Edgartown.

He was just the best little traveler! ….& I'm glad that the shark on his onesie is the only one we saw all week!!
SO JEALOUS!! That's my favorite beach too and I have to say Mr. Man looks fantastic on it. I'll call ya this week to talk about the vacation. AHHH the starry nights that we used to lay on that beach and talk about life (life as a 20 year old) ha! Life was so simple back then!

I'm back from the Jinky workshop which was AWESOME (more on this later) and off again to Martha's Vineyard for a much needed vacation! So the blog will be quite this week but I will have TONS to blog when I return. Keep your fingers crossed for me since this is the first time Sutton will be flying!!! I don't want to be THAT woman. You know the one with the screaming baby!!! I think I may just have a panic attack thinking about it so let's talk about something else…
